We appointed Bruno as our architect for an extensive renovation of a derelict 3-storey Victorian terraced property in the heart of London. From the moment I met him, I found him to be incredibly passionate about his work. He instantly grasped my aspirations for the house and adopted a visionary approach to delivering them. He has a wealth of experience in the industry and marries this with creative flair and a keen eye for bespoke design. As a result he produced an innovative and inventive planning proposal that not only satisfied our practical living requirements and all the relevant building regulations, but also delivered a high-impact ‘wow’ factor. He was personable and responsive to deal with, and genuinely cares about his projects such that he invests his heart and soul into his work. I found him to adopt a pragmatic approach to obstacles/revisions and offer thoughtful solutions – very much a problem solver rather than problem dweller. He took full accountability for his role in the project, such that the planning application itself and liaison with other professionals (structural engineer, building control, PWS etc) was smooth and hassle-free from my perspective. Finally his drawings were meticulous and very high-quality, and the tender specification document he drafted encompassed an extraordinary level of detail so that the builders were fully primed regarding the works and materials. In fact all the tendering contractors were very complimentary regarding the tender package/plans he provided. I requested him to administer the project on site. Under his stewardship, the dream home he conceived for us has now become a reality. Thank you Bruno!
